    The Account Executive will work closely with decision makers within law firms and corporations.     Account Executive

    • Consistently qualify, generate and execute on opportunities.
    • Manage customers, clients and prospective clients with clear communication and needs analysis.
    • Work with the Operations Staff to ensure jobs are handled appropriately and meet the expectations of client.
    • Develop and implement plans which identify sales strategies, assess revenue potential, and outline targeted activities to maximize revenue opportunities and penetrate market with CSI products and solutions.
    • Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels, and act as liaison to insure all customers are provided with superior service and solutions.
    • Understand the value of CSI products and pricing as well as competitive offerings and articulate CSI benefits in a manner meaningful to a customer.
    • Perform and coordinate for special marketing projects, promotions or events.
    • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
    • Bachelor (4-year) degree in business or other related field

    Billing Associate - Irving, TX

This person has experience in billing, Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software.

    Qualifications:

    · 3-5 years of experience in Billing

    · Experience preparing statements and invoices

    · A basic knowledge of the legal industry, litigation, court reporting and depositions considered a plus

    Presentation Technology Specialist - Irving, TX

    We are currently seeking an experienced Presentation Technology Specialist to work on projects in the field of litigation support. Be part of a dynamic company in the exciting world of trial presentation technology and audio/visual services. We offer excellent benefits and a competitive salary.

    The Presentation Technology Specialist will work in the day-to-day production of the company's presentation technology services. The primary responsibility of the position is to manage the format conversion of deposition video, and audio/video synchronization to deposition transcripts. Responsibilities eventually will include the setup, configuration, and management of trial presentation databases. The Presentation Technology Specialist will be able to understand and demonstrate proficiency with trial presentation software packages in order to work with clients in trial, arbitrations, and hearings. Additional responsibilities also include the setup and technical direction of mock trials, video editing, and quality control of all developed video. The Presentation Technology Specialist will be able to setup, install, and configure various components of video equipment, sound equipment, and related computer systems.

    Qualifications:

    · 2-5 years of experience in the litigation support industry

    · An Associates or Bachelors degree in liberal arts, media, or computer science

    · Hands-on experience with digital video editing using common commercial packages

    · Flexible hours with occasional nights and weekends

    · Willingness to travel

    · A basic knowledge of the litigation process

    · An understanding of the use of technology in litigation

    Specific Skills Required:

    · Experience with video format conversion and supporting tools (e.g., TMPGEnc, Xilisoft, and/or Camtasia Studio)

    · Expertise specifically with trial presentation systems (e.g., Sanction, Trial Director, and/or Visionary)

    · Certified Legal Video Specialist (CLVS) in the legal industry consider a plus

    · Working knowledge of video production

    · Working knowledge of Access and Excel

    · Knowledge of digital video encoding formats and standards

    The Software Developer  is responsible for creating user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Internet/intranet applications and various 3rd party systems. This individual also participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the department and company. This individual ensures that all software development systems and applications adhere to organizational values.

    This individual will assist project teams with software development issues in the Initiation and planning phases of CSI’s standards. These activities include the definition of needs, benefits, and technical strategy; research & development within the project life-cycle; technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing, testing and rolling-out the solutions.

    This individual is accountable for supporting the CSI developed and 3rd party applications. Responsibilities also include maintenance and R & D to ensure continual innovation.

    Software Developer

    • Designs and develops user interfaces and web applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.
    • Contribute to and maintain system and software development standards.
    • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for various tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
    • Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
    • Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
    • On call as needed for software support during and outside business hours

    • Repair and recover from system or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
    • Supports and develops web application developers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
    • Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools. Able to communicate to various skillsets to various organizational audiences
