|

DALLAS - January 25, 2011 - The LDM Group, an electronic discovery and reprographics firm based in Dallas, TX, has been acquired by Courtroom Sciences, Inc. ("CSI"), based in Irving, TX. The acquisition closed January 1, 2011.
"This acquisition adds to our existing capacity and also offers LDM’s clients a broader menu of litigation support services to cover virtually all of the outsourced needs of our corporate legal department and law firm clients", said Brent Dobbs, CEO & President of CSI. "LDM’s electronic discovery and reprographics services are a welcomed expansion and addition to our litigation support offerings. The combination of the companies will also result in more robust technological capabilities, including the addition of Relativity® as a world-class document review tool. This is a service that really complements our existing CSI CaseView web repository tool, which has the ability to search across transcripts, exhibits, and video", he said.
"CSI's interest in our firm as a partner reflects the growing importance of serving the Dallas/Fort Worth legal community while expanding into CSI’s nationwide practice and client base," said, Al Poppino, owner of LDM. The company, which was founded in 2001, specializes in electronic discovery processing and project management, document scanning and reprographics, among other service offerings.
