Courtroom Sciences (“CSI”) announced today that George Speckart, Ph.D. a senior consultant in the firm’s litigation consulting practice for over 10 years, has been named National Director of the firm’s Litigation Consulting practice. In this position, Speckart will work closely with senior management to support the company’s litigation consulting practice.

“Dr. Speckart began his practice in the early 1980’s starting with the Agent Orange litigation; he has since worked on the Exxon Valdez matter and numerous other high profile cases, with a more recent, heavy emphasis in patent cases. Dr. Speckart is sought after by experienced litigators as one of the most effective and accomplished trial consultants in the country and we are proud to make this well-deserved announcement,” said Brent Dobbs, President of CSI. “George has been an integral asset to the continued development of our national litigation consulting practice and will continue to lead, teach and train our outstanding consulting staff into the future.”

In the area of litigation consulting, Dr. Speckart has a Ph.D. in psychological measurement from UCLA and more than 26 years of experience in federal and state venues across the United States. He has successfully represented numerous clients in more than 500 cases, with effective evaluation, identification of inherent weaknesses and the development of winning litigation strategies.
