• Traditional Copying: From just a few pages to hundreds of boxes of documents, CSI Reprographics handles a variety of projects. We have both black and white and color capabilities, and our state-of-the-art equipment enables us to produce jobs in the tightest of deadlines.
   
• Document imaging: CSI Reprographics has a fully trained staff of imaging specialists, equipped with the latest hardware and software necessary to support the scanning needs of projects of all sizes. We have implemented a number of industry tested processing steps to insure quality image capture. These steps improve the overall options and performance of the document management systems that we build.
   
• Document numbering (bates labeling/endorsement): We can attach bates labels by hand or apply them electronically, adding custom prefixes or suffixes to your numbers, as well as any special stamps your documents may require.
   
• Optical character recognition ("OCR"): CSI Reprographics uses Lexis’ LAW PreDiscovery software to provide a powerful processing engine helps you meet the tightest deadlines. We perform OCR on scanned images to produce documents that are electronically searchable and then create a file type that suits your needs, including PDF.
   
• High speed image printing (blowbacks): Whatever your blowback needs, we are here to help. Whether it’s batch printing TIFF, PDF or other image formats, indicating document breaks with slip sheets, incorporating specific numbering and electronic stamping information, printing in black and white or in color, or accomplishing other blowback specifications, we will do our due diligence to ensure that your electronic data prints correctly on paper.
   
• Bibliographic Coding: Bibliographic coding provides a systematic, standardized organization of documents for efficient data retrieval. The objective of Coding is to identify and capture relevant content from the collection of images. CSI Reprographics has the expertise and a breadth of experience to code any size of project that you may have.
   
• Bindery Services: We provide a wide range of bindery and finishing services for your documents: book binding, saddle stitching, velo binding, perfect binding, wire binding, laminating, GBC, spiral binding and a host of other document bindery and finishing services that may not be listed here but are certainly handled by our experts.
   
• DVD/CD Duplication: CSI possesses high-volume duplication machines that can quickly provide high-quality copies of whatever media you have: DVD, CD, VHS, etc. We can also duplicate VHS and audio cassettes or copy them to DVDs or CDs.
